The five techniques are:

1) Simple Random Sampling

from the start, you take a random sample from the entire population of interest

2) Multistage Sampling

involves two or more random samples, where you first randomly sample clusters, and then randomly sample people in the the selected cluster

3) Cluster Sampling

clusters of participants within the population of interest are elected at random, than sample everyone in each cluster.

4) Stratified Sampling

the researcher identifies particular categories of interest and then randomly selects individuals within each category

5) Oversampling

a variation of stratified sampling in which research er intentionally overrepresents one of the groups.

A parcel of real estate is encumbered by a conventional mortgage with a prepayment penalty. If it is sold for cash?
Sergeeva-Olga [200]

Answer:

The prepayment penalty clause does not apply

Explanation:

This is because, if you pay in cash, it usually means that you are going to pay the full price at the moment of buying the parcel and that means that the prepayment cannot be done, if you were to pay monthly or weekly for example, then the prepayment penalty clause would apply in those cases because you woul still owe a certain amount.

The South Florida rainbow snake is likely extinct. What most likely happened at some point in the past?
BigorU [14]

Answer:

What happened for this snake to become extinct was the development of human activities that damaged the habitat where this snake lives, which caused the death of several members of this species.

Explanation:

South Florida rainbow snake lived in aquatic environments, where they spent most of the time submerged in water, hidden among water plants and even among the roots of trees that come into contact with water. However, the advance of human activities, caused pollution of aquatic environments, stimulated the occurrence of droughts, created dams, among other activities that destroyed the habitat of these snakes, preventing them from having access to shelter, food and being visible to predators. This caused these snakes to die on a large scale, coming close to being extinct.
