-3y = -2x + 6
y = 2/3x - 2......so the y int is (0,-2) and the slope is 2/3

the x int can be found by subbing in 0 for y and solving for x
2x - 3y = 6
2x - 3(0) = 6
2x = 6
x = 6/2
x = 3....and the x int is (3,0)
