Line-item veto tool is used by the president to nullify specific spending aspects within a bill.

A Line-Item Veto Provides A Smarter Method Of Managing Taxpayer Funds. A line-item veto would allow the president to greenlight necessary spending, revoke unnecessary spending, and return wasteful spending to Congress for a yes-or-no vote.

A President Can Use A Line-Item Veto To Target Wasteful And Unnecessary Spending. The practice of "earmarking," which involves adding spending to huge bills, frequently leads to wasted or pointless expenditures.

The veto gives the President the power to "check" the legislative branch by scrutinizing acts passed by Congress and preventing proposals he deems to be unjust, immoral, or foolish. The ability of Congress to overturn the President's veto creates a "balance" between the legislative branches.

Environment [ ʃ ] : beginning; inside.

Before [ s ] : [k], [l], [a], [I], [u].

After [ ʃ ] : [i].

The sounds [n], and [ ʃ ] are two allophones of same phoneme, they are in a complimentary distribution: [ʃ] appears only after [I], whereas, [s] appears everywhere else. Hence, y/sy/ must be the basic phoneme.

Marizza181 [45]

Explanation:

The behavior in a crowd which is dictated by the circumstances is called as the collective behavior, in which a person behaves according to the circumstances even if he or she is not willing to do that personally.

Yes i can remember a situation where i got stuck in a similar scenario. I was with my friends in the university after the classes in the executive hall, when a flash mob enters the hall and asked for raising the money for charity to help poor children with their studies. I personally didn't want to pay them a penny because i knew them well and i knew that they would not give a single penny in the charity for children studies. But i had to help them and give them money because of the circumstance over there, because they were yelling, forcing people, blackmailing people on the name of religion and helping poor, and because of this, i had to help them.

This was the time i was so dictated by the circumstances.

Explanation:

An availability heuristic is a mechanism by which a person can easily form a conclusion of a situation. People are inclined to believe in the things that can be easily recalled, while other alternatives are not thought of. These memories are formed in the recent past.

Here, Jim watched a documentary about the 1906 earthquake in San Francisco. When he thought about his flight to San Francisco he thought about the documentary first without thinking of anything else.
