A moral duty, or obligation, is something that ought to be done and that we are bound to do it.

A moral duty is a duty based on morality or ethics. People are not legally bound to study ethical obligations. In different phrases, moral duty has no relation to the law. If a person does not perform these obligations, they can't be punished via the law. ethical obligations depend in particular on someone's sense of right and wrong.

As per the Theory of Legal Obligation, to be legally obligated not to do some action is just for it to be the case that, from the legal point of view, the reasons not to do this action defeat any motives for me to do it.

Kant answers that we do our moral duty whilst our motive is decided by means of a precept recognized via cause in place of the choice for any predicted consequence or emotional feeling which might also reason us to behave the way we do.

What is the term for the arbitrary rule that automatically places the children of a union between members of different socioecon
tia_tia [17]

Answer:

The correct term is hypodescent.

Explanation:

The anthropological term hypodescent describes a system where the people of mixed races are automatically put into the category that is considered to be socially inferior. This is not a system that acknowledges mixed race categories or degrees of racial mixing. In this notion, any racial mixing dilutes the purity of the racial categories. It is a system that tends to discourage racial mixing and intermarriage. We have the example of this kind of system in American history, which is the notion of the one-drop rule. In this framework, one drop of black ancestry made you black by the dominant social standards. This over simplifies the notions of race and it is a very discriminatory part of our history that has perpetrated systemic racism.

Why would the formation of military alliances make a country more likely to go to war?
vekshin1
An alliance is an agreement made by two or more parties to secure common goals and to defend the other party in case of war. They were formed to prevent war and to maintain a balance of power. But one event could lead up to a huge conflict.
The alliances are the main reason behind World War 1 because they turned what was meant to be a brief war between accuser and accused into a world war. How the alliances turned a brief war into a world war is a classic case of one thing led to another.
