You can  add value to the PGP peer group through your personal and professional qualities/capabilities by:

  • becoming  important social referents for teaching other members .
  • Following the customs
  • Respect the  social norms, and different ideologies.

Peer learning groups can be described as the  safe space for skill practice.

Peers can help to achieve their aim in a  comfortable environment so that they can be couched by leaders  and give feedback,  which help the  behavior change.

It should be noted that Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) at ISB can be described as the  globally top-ranked management programme.
