They are essential to carry out several development activities. They can utilize the means and resources using their creativity and potential. The pace of development becomes faster if more skilled human resource is produced in the country.

Some of the measures to produce skilled human resources in the country are:-

Providing practical and quality education to all.

Developing technical and vocational education system according to the need of country.

Updating knowledge with developed information technology.

Formulating scientific education policy as per the demand of time.
By applying these measures a country can produce skilled human resources to utilize the natural means and resources for the development.
