The right of the state to enact and enforce laws for the order, safety, health, morals, and general welfare of the public is known as: police power. So, the correct option is (d).

According to the police powers concept, when a State uses its inherent ability to regulate to defend the public interest and enacts legitimate, non-discriminatory, and proportionate laws in accordance with due process, it is not breaking the law. To distinguish between compensable expropriation and non-compensable regulatory measures, the police powers doctrine is frequently invoked.

The police powers doctrine may be used in place of, or in addition to, the solitary effects doctrine or a stand-alone proportionality analysis in this situation. The "public purpose," "public interest," or "public need" conditions for justifiable expropriations specified in international investment agreements are distinct from the doctrine and should not be confused with them.

Answer:

The best answer to the question: Which statement made by friends would be considered most important at this time? Would be, C: She takes insulin for her sugar condition.

Explanation:

The first reason for this being vital information is that the drowning circumstance will immediately cause a spike in the energetic need by the body to supply the organs and their increased need for oxygenation. Therefore, it will not be unusual for her sugar condition to be in complete chaos due to the drowning and the effects of lack of oxygen will have. Also, the spike in energetic requirements will happen due to the submersion in water, which will bring down the temperature. The muscles will therefore require glucose to function. By alerting the EMT body that the patient has a sugar condition will prevent them from resorting to any solution that may have glucose in them, or will encourage them to administer insulin as the need arises.

A community wants all of its citizens to become more physically active. Which of these strategies would be the most practical s
nika2105 [10]
The most reasonable answer i think would be option b: building pedestrian-friendly walkways.
Why? because if they would have to purchase bikes for each household, that would be too expensive.
I think option 3 does not even go in these categories.
And option 4: think not all senior citizens go to the gym. They usually might just walk around the neighborhood once or twice, and go to bed, because their legs hurt.
That is why i think option 2 fits best here.
Hope i helped!
