the next most palpable defect of the subsisting confederation, is the total want of a sanction to its laws. the united states, a

s now composed, have no powers to exact obedience, or punish disobedience to their resolutions, either by pecuniary [fines], by a suspension or divestiture of privileges, or by any other constitutional mode. there is no express delegation of authority to them to use force against delinquent members; and if such a right should be ascribed to the federal head, as resulting from the nature of the social compact between the states, it must be by inference and construction... there is, doubtless, a striking absurdity in supposing that a right of this kind does not exist. . .

Hamilton anticipates and refutes the argument that a unitary govt is simply too much like the British monarchy. some teachers have noted that Hamilton considered the British monarchy as an advanced system of government and capacity modeling its consent for appointments and treaties.

Why has population growth dramatically increased over the past few centuries?
aksik [14]
There are many factors which contribute to the growth in population. Some could be, but not limited to:
 - Enhancement in Technology. Medical care and food. Meaning G/S increases. Production increases.
 - Discovery of new vaccinations.
 - Clean water.
People in general are becoming healthier, due to these.
People are also becoming smarter. Learning more about what they should and shouldn't do. Think about the what wiped the Ancient Romans. The lack of knowledge "lead" to their distinction. See what I did there? lol

He essay includes almost no dialogue. why do you think orwell's voice as a narrator is the only one readers hear? is the absence
Arada [10]

The absence of dialogues can be used as a strength if a writer is good but this can also turn into a weakness if the writer is unable to narrate correctly.

Who is a Narrator?

A Narrator is a person who narrates the story, that is the story is written from the narrator's perspective and the writing includes his/ her voice.

When there are no dialogues in the story the narrator is the only person who is being read in the story, the narrator describes the scenes as he/she looks at it, the story is usually well defined of each scene so the readers can imagine the complete scene and make a complete picture in mind.

Including dialogues in the story makes the readers imagine different voices in the head. When there is no dialogues only the narrator has a voice.
