With my understanding about the learning process which involves the attention as well as the processing and organizing of information, Metacognition is very important because it help to assess one's understanding and performance.

<h3>What is the learning process?</h3>

The learning process entails the six interactive components of the learning process which are :

  • attention
  • memory
  • language
  • processing
  • organizing
  • graphomotor

However , These processes interact with each other so as to be able to have a , classroom climate as well as  behavior and  social skills.

It should be noted that Metacognition is also important in the process of learning because it helps to  monitor, and assess one's understanding and performance.
