Tobacco use is the leading preventable cause of cancer and cancer death and sun scream prevent from harmful UV -rays. According to the research shows that things like stopping smoking and keeping a healthy weight can reduce the risk of cancer.

Being a healthy lifestyle has lots of health benefits  which includes the reducing the risk of cancer. Aim to have plenty of fruits and vegetables , wholegrain food high in fiber and healthy proteins. Being sun in sun reduce the risk of skin cancer. Too much UV radiation or sunburn can damage skin cells.

During the summer ,the sun is strong so take extra care to protect skin and spend time in the shade.Cutting back on alcohol reduces your risk of seven type of cancer that doesn't matter what type it is , alcohol can cause damage .
