The surface design of the small intestine has plicae circulares, villi, and microvilli that can absorb about 250 square meters size of absorptive surface area.

The most of the digested food absorbed from the small intestine into blood in the human body. The small intestine has millions of tiny finger like projection called villi. These villi increase the surface area for more efficient food absorption, it increases the surface area upto 250 square meters size that is equal to a tennis court.

Within these villi, many blood vessels are present that absorb the digested food and carry it to bloodstream. Here, the digested food broken down into vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates and fats. All the nutrients are reached to different cells and tissues by means of blood.

During wind sprints for field hockey practice, Sarah noticed that her face felt very hot and looked red. Of the choices below, w
hjlf

Answer:

Sarah's skeletal muscles and blood vessels

Explanation:

Sarah noticed his hot red face after physical activity. This was because when her body temperature began to rise, the body sweated and dilated the blood vessels in her skin to reduce this temperature. Because oxygenated blood runs down the surface of the skin, which helps radiate heat and prevent overheating, the face turns red and gets a little warm from blood circulation. This whole process was done by Sarah's skeletal muscles and blood vessels as a homeostatic response that sought to establish a balance in the girl's body.

Mistakes made in copying DNA and the failure of cells to correct mistakes is a mutation caused by _______ ______?
creativ13 [48]

Answer: Natural Errors

Explanation: Mutagens can erase parts of DNA that then replicate, but is not a mistake made in copying DNA so that's not it. UV Radiation distorts DNA, but is not necessarily a mistake made in copying it. Natural Errors are mutations made by cells when they copy base pairs and ineffectively or for some other reason mutate/do not create  the correct DNA, and the failure of cells to correct this is a mutation. This is also known as an error in DNA replication

When comparing a well-designed muscular strength workout to a well-designed muscular endurance workout, what differences can you
Masja [62]

Answer:

When comparing a weel-designed muscular strength workout to a well-designed muscular endurance workout, the difference between is muscular strength was assessed by the one-repetition maximum (1RM) ... well-designed MRT exercises seem to be effective for improving muscular fitness.

In strength training, muscular endurance refers to the number of repetitions of a single exercise you can do without needing to stop and rest. Examples include how many times you can do a full squat, a sit-up, or a bicep curl with a light-to-moderate weight before breaking form.

The specific type of muscular endurance used during cardiovascular fitness activities such as running, swimming, or cycling is usually called cardiovascular endurance or cardiorespiratory endurance and is different from the strength training definition. Endurance training for these types of physical activities builds the energy systems of the body, the muscle fibers, and capillaries that can sustain long periods of exercise, such as running a marathon or cycling a 100-miler.
