Each congressional seat counts as one electoral vote since the distribution of electoral votes is dependent on the congressional representation of each state.

Democrats and whites are overpresented as interests and People without a religion (Republicans, Hispanics) are the people whose interests might be underrepresented

What is electorate ?

Electorate can mean:

 • The number of persons who are entitled to vote in an election, for example, the electorate's size
 • Prince-elector rule in the Holy Roman Empire before 1806
 • An election's geographic region, also known as a constituency or electoral district.

However, this is only one perspective on the Electoral College and how voters are reflected in presidential elections. Simply determining whether or not a voter resides in a swing state is a more accurate approach to assess their influence in a presidential election. In "spectator states," when candidates are aware that the results are already known, voters virtually have no influence. In those states, there aren't many reasons to run for office or meet the requirements of the electorate.

A 10.0 ml portion of 0.010 m hcl is diluted by adding it to100.0 ml of water. what is the ph of the solution
Volgvan

From the calculation, the pH of the solution after dilution is 3.

What is the pH?

The pH is the hydrogen ion concentration of the solution. Now we know that;

C1 = 0.010 m

V1 = 10.0 ml

V2 = 10.0 ml + 100.0 ml = 110 ml

C2 = ?

C1V1 = C2V2

C2 = C1V1 /V2

C2 = 0.010 m * 10.0 ml / 110 ml

C2 = 0.00091 M

pH = -log[0.00091 M]

pH = 3

The emboldened words are the answer.

 • John Dalton proposed the first model of the atoms by his works on gases. He postulated the Dalton's law of partial pressure.
 • He suggested that gases are made of tiny particles called atoms.

 • J.J Thomson proposed the plum pudding model of the atom in which the charges are evenly scattered through the positively charged mass of matter.

 • The gold foil experiment by Rutherford brought the atomic model of the atoms in the front-light.
 • The model suggests a small positively charged center which the mass of the atom.
 • The outer space is occupied by the electrons.

How to calculate the frequency of an ion
sergij07 [2.7K]

solution:

You need to find the frequency, and they have already given you the wavelength. And since you already know the speed of light, you can use formula (2) to answer this problem. Remember to convert the nano meters to meters because the speed of light is in meters. (1 nm = 1.0 x 10^{-9} m)

v=c\lambda \\v= (3.00 \times 10^8 m/s)/(6.9\times 10^-7 m) \\v = 4.35 \times 10^{14} s^{-1}
