The answer is 273/16 or 17.06 because when you have a negative exponent you have flip the number so 2 will become 1/2^4 and that equals 1/16 and ads that to 17 and you need the same denominators and 17 as a fraction is 17/1 so 17 × 16 is 272, so 1/16 + 272/166 = 273/16 or 17.06

I assume your "reasons" mean "roots" or "zeros"
if 3 is a root, plug x=3 in the equation, you can find n:
3²+(n-1)*3+6=0
3(n-1)=-15
n-1=-5
n=-4

Plug n=-4 in the original equation: x²-5x+6=0
factor: (x-3)(x-2)=0
x=3, which we already know
or x=2, which is the value of m+4
m+4=2
m=-2

zimovet [89]

Answer:

y=4x-14

Step-by-step explanation:

m=(10-2)/(6-4)

m=8/2

m=4

y-y1=m(x-x1)

y-2=4(x-4)

y=4x-16+2

y=4x-14
