Another example can be working or studying from the confines of our home where we are not in a stressful environment or surrounded by loud noises. Lastly, one of the best advantages of lockdown and working from home is that we are helping the environment and reducing the emission of toxic gasses.
On the other hand, it can be hard to adapt to this new normality, which leads to changes in our bedtime or the skipping of meals. Furthermore, some people can feel anxious or lonely due to isolation and the situation in general, this can be very stressful and hard to deal with, especially if the person lives alone.
In conclusion, people had to change their routines during this pandemic, but if things are done the right way and we help each other, we are all going to be fine.
