The Mekong or Mekong River is a river that is trans-boundary river in East Asia and Southeast Asia.

It is the world's twelfth longest river and the third longest in Asia.

Mainstay diet is something from the food  that provides support and helps a community to exist or humans to exist.

It helps the community of people for their subsistence and also play a very important role in their livelihood.
