During the 1980's there were several restrictions to the life and activities of teenagers. For instance, children were less social during those periods when compared to the present day.

Educational Changes

There have been several educational changes that have occurred between the 1980's and today. As development occurs, the crude way of teaching has also changed. the use of technological tools have made teaching more interactive.

Information and Communication Changes.

With the development of more sophisticated cyber space, teenagers in present day China greatly differ from teenagers in the 1980s. For instance, the advancement of social media has greatly exposed teenagers to life outside their physical environment. Explain why a substantive disagreement may never be resolved. Your answer should be between 50 and 100 words.
Lena [83]

Substantive disagreement may never be resolved because it leads to clashes of opinions.

A disagreement or argument is said to be substantial if it centers on the presentation of divergent viewpoints regarding the truth or the adherence to opposing ideals.

There must be a means to distinguish substantive disagreement (SD) from conceptual disagreement if legal concepts can be the subject of SD. Arguments that persons debating a certain philosophical problem are only having a linguistic argument are one approach to reject the substantiveness of the issue. For instance, it has been argued that the seeming conflict over the mind/brain identity thesis is only a word one and that there is no real controversy over whether or not mental traits are the same as neurological ones.
