The issuer business and investors who place bids on IPO stocks use them as a middleman. Investors place their bids through Syndicate Members chosen by the issuer company.

Additionally, they are in charge of providing copies of the red herring prospectus and the application form to prospective investors. Syndicate Members submit the bidding information into the electronic bidding system after receiving the offers for the IPO shares.
