After the Agricultural Revolution was done, the factor that most likely led early Indigenous peoples to form more complex societies was D. The adoption of farming techniques that allowed people to settle in one place.

How did the Agricultural Revolution lead to more complex societies?

Thanks to the Agricultural Revolution, people were able to produce enough food to feed larger groups of people and still have enough surplus that they didn't have to rely on things like hunting animals and gathering seeds and other food.

This meant that people no longer needed to migrate to get food and could settle down in one area. Once they did this, they founded societies. These societies needed laws and other things to ensure the peace and complex societies were then born.
