I would say decrease the intensity and incline. She is working over her target heart rate so she might hurt herself so she definitly shouldn't increase intensity.

Ok, so her acuall hearbeat is over
so do not increase the intensity or the incline or the duration


decreaseing the duration might keep the heeart rate above the target zone so I would  decrease the intensity and incline
