The most commonly reported clinical manifestations of multiple sclerosis are loss of vision, blurry vision, depression mood changes, and muscular changes.

Multiple sclerosis is a term that refers to a disease that causes potential disability of the brain and spinal cord.

In this condition, the immune system invades the nerve cells and fibers of the myelin sheath.

As a result of this, the communication between the brain and the body disrupts.

Eventually, multiple sclerosis can result in dysfunction or permanent damage to the nerves.

Its symptoms vary and depend on the amount of damage to the affected nerves.

Why was Dr. Salk's approach to developing a vaccine for polio considered unconventional and not fully accepted by fellow virolog
Ede4ka [16]

Answer:

it was only 90 percent effective

Explanation:

In 1954 a massive controlled field trial was launched, sponsored by the National Foundation for Infantile Paralysis. Almost two million U.S. children between the ages of six and nine participated. In some areas of the country half of these “Polio Pioneers” received the vaccine, while half received a placebo. In other areas of the country children who did not receive any vaccine were carefully observed. On April 12, 1955, Thomas Francis, Salk’s mentor and the director of the trial, reported that the vaccine was safe, potent, and 90% effective in protecting against paralytic poliomyelitis.

UNA CADENA ALIMENTARIA ES LA RELACON ENTRE LOS MIEMBROS DE UN ECOSISTEMA PARA QUE UNA PARTE DE LA ---------------SEA TRANSFERIDA
oksano4ka [1.4K]

Answer:

UNA CADENA ALIMENTARIA ES LA RELACON ENTRE LOS MIEMBROS DE UN ECOSISTEMA PARA QUE UNA PARTE DE LA -ENERGIA- SEA TRANSFERIDA ENTRE ELLOS

ExplanatioN:

If a region on earth has a TEMPERATE climate, which of the following
Mrrafil [7]

Answer:

The temperature and rainfall change at different times of the year.

Explanation:

A temperate climate region is a territory in which the climate cannot be classified as completely hot or cold, nor rainy or dry, but these characteristics are variable according to the season of the year in which it is found. Thus, these climates do not have extreme heat or cold temperatures, but rather moderate climatic conditions. An example of a region with a temperate climate is the Mediterranean region, the State of Georgia in the USA or Uruguay.
