The correct answer is C. 12.
In that sentence, the word Partners in Water Partners needs to be capitalized. Usually, that word is not capitalized, given that it is a simple common noun, however, here it has to be because it is a part of the name of this particular organization started by Damon and White.

make a story with words when's we'd should've wasn't didn't they'd would've could've needn't you've
Katena32 [7]

"Help me" the little girl called into the cold air. She should've been

home by then but she didn't mind her mother when she called her home.

Now the girl looked about her foreign surroundings.

"Darn it" she thought. Cecily and Drew would've listened to mother.

They'd be home by now reading books by the fire. I wasn't even the least bit

concerned to what mother wanted of me.

Suddenly she heard the voices of her siblings.

"Anna? Are you here. ANNNNAAAA"

The girl suddenly turned to see the rosy faces of Cecily and Drew.

She smiled as their feet pressed into the white snow.

Nothing could've made her as happy as she felt seeing their kind faces.

"Anna where have you been? You've been very naughty!" Drew started.

"Indeed! You needn't go out so far into the wood by yourself!

I am shocked! I mean Drew and I- we'd never do such a thing!"

Anna spoke with a large grin.

"When's supper going to be ready? I'm sure starved!"

Why were women such successful spies?

The answer is option D) They were dedicated to their mission.

During World War II, women spies were far more adept at maintaining secrecy than their male counterparts. How?

Women may have excelled at spying more than males did during World War II. Why? Because they heeded the warning on the sign and avoided discussing it. Women of that time had mastered the art of concealing their genuine emotions from men and, consequently, the rest of the world. Leslie Fernandez, a British spy trainer, remarked in Marcus Binney's The Women Who Lived for Danger that "the females were brilliant at role playing." Women could excel at living a cover story, which was another skill necessary for survival.
