In a fully developed use case description the postcondition data describes the existence of domain model objects.

A postcondition in computer programming is a condition or predicate that, immediately following the execution of a certain line of code or an action in a formal specification, must always be true. In some cases, code-based assertions are used to test postconditions. Postconditions are frequently just listed in the affected code section's documentation.

Postconditions, together with preconditions and class invariants, are elements of the programme construction process design by contract in several software design methodologies.

help!! I am having a debate in history class about whether we should climb Mount Everest or not. I am the affirmative side. Can
Simora [160]

Answer:

Well speaking from a debate club as myself I‘ll give you some tips

-Mount Everest is the highest mountain on Earth that’s discovered and climbing it will give you exciment and (mainly something to brag about), climbing the world’s largest mountain could be a challenge.

-Mount Everest does have some cons but they never beat the pros, for example, it delvepos trust amongst your climbing team and it can practice your strength, it’s mainly a test of courage and when you make it back down, you would think to yourself that you made it.

-It develops good self confidence, just becuase you think it’s scary, it might not be, you could un reveal a hidden talent you never had and might be pretty good at it, climbing it will gain this sense of respect amongst others, like futrue job opportunities can see this as a huge achievement in life And could accept you

- You would be one of the few people who’s ever climbed Mount Everest and you can prove yourself worthy or like know that you just accomplished one of the few things that many people can’t do.

<em><u>TIPS:</u></em>

So you should use Aton of rhetoric, rhetoric is the art of persuasion, your not saying it so the other side could hear, its mainly for the judge, just becuase you think it sounds okay to you, would it sound okay to them? There are 3 (4 to be exact but 3 for main measures)

1) <em><u>Ethos- </u></em>This is when like a profession or a cleberty comes up and State something and people tend to believe them like lets say if Lebron James said Pizza Hut has the best pizza, people who are fans would probably believe him or a dentist recommending a toothpaste brand, many people would believe that becuase they are professionals

2) <em><u>Pathos</u></em>- This is to make the audience feel something like sadness or guilt. Like for this subject you can say, if you don’t climb Mount Everest, you won’t experince the thrill fo your life and you’ll miss out on a lot of things

3) <em><u>Logos</u></em>- This is basically straight up facts like for example (I just made this up), “Research shows that people who climb Mount Everest tend to be more calmer and happier in general“. Just do some reasearch and don’t foget to site the website to have more better chances of winnng.

The utility company dug up Mr. Perch's garden to lay a gas line. The company claimed that it had a valid easement and proved it
IgorC [24]

Answer:

Perch needs to reconfirm with the county or it is possible perch didn't follow the right channel when acquiring the garden.

Explanation:

For the utility company to provide the valid papers to prove they have the right to the land/garden, it shows that perch needs to verify if he was given the right document for that land. It is the government, from this, it is also possible perch didn't follow the right channel when acquiring the land and it could land him in jail ,so it is best he verifies with the authorities and if it is found that his papers passed through the right channel, he could file a law suit against the utility company for damage but first he needs to reverify the document he has about that land.

Burka [1]

The ability of young infants to make fine discriminations between sounds is particularly important in the development of their ability to understand <u>"Language."</u>

At 6 months, the monolingual newborn children could segregate between phonetic sounds, regardless of whether they were expressed in the dialect they were accustomed to hearing or in another dialect not talked in their homes. By 10 months to a year, notwithstanding, monolingual infants were never again recognizing sounds in the second dialect, just in the dialect they typically heard.

The analysts proposed this speaks to a procedure of "neural commitment," in which the baby mind wires itself to comprehend one dialect and its sounds.
