The most likely hazard to result form the listed laboratory unsafe practices are;

1. Working with a volatile chemical on the outside of the cooker hood-

Hazard. Inhalation of a potentially toxic chemical. This is a risk because toxic chemicals can enter our lungs and damage them.

2. Failure to label a new chemical reagent

Hazard: Exposing colleagues to an unknown danger.

If they others are unfamiliar with the new chemical reagent, they may be using the wrong reaction, which could lead to an explosion.

3. Lunch at the lab bench-

Hazard: Ingestion of a potentially toxic chemical. Because toxic chemicals can come into contact with our food and harm us.

4.Do not wear safety glasses in the lab.

Hazard. Exposing yourself to eye damage. Because dangerous chemicals can come into contact with the eyes and damage them.

5. Failure to clean up a corrosive chemical spill

Hazard. Exposing coworkers to skin damage. Because they can come into contact with that spill of a corrosive chemical and damage the skin.

6. Dispose of the broken glass tubes in the waste bin. Hazard Expose your colleagues to potential skin cuts. As co-workers do not know that we have thrown broken glass in the trash, they are likely to come into contact with this broken glass and cut themselves.
