The current height of the bird is -16/3

The bird perched at a height of 15 feet

The bird dropped to a height of 61/3 feet when it saw a food

The current height can be calculated as follows

= 15 - 61/3

= 45-61/3

= -16/3

Hence the current height of the bird is -16/3

I think we can use the identity sin x/2 = sqrt [(1 - cos x) /2]

cos x - sqrt3 sqrt ( 1 - cos x) /sqrt2 = 1

cos x - sqrt(3/2) sqrt(1 - cos x) = 1
sqrt(3/2)(sqrt(1 - cos x) = cos x - 1 Squaring both sides:-
1.5 ( 1 - cos x) = cos^2 x - 2 cos x + 1

cos^2 x - 0.5 cos x - 0.5 = 0

cos x = 1 , -0.5

giving x = 0 , 2pi, 2pi/3, 4pi/3 ( for 0 =< x <= 2pi)

because of thw square roots some of these solutions may be extraneous so we should plug these into the original equations to see if they fit.

The last 2 results dont fit so the answer is x = 0 , 2pi Answer

Dinda membeli sebuah handphone seharga Rp2.500,000,00. Setelah 5 bulan, ia menjualnya dengan
Anit [1.1K]

Answer:

Dinda received a 32% loss percentage.

Step-by-step explanation:

The question in English is

Dinda bought a phone for Rp.2,500,000.00. After 5 months, she sells it with

the price of Rp1,700,000.00. What percentage of losses did Dinda receive?

we know that

Rp.2,500,000.00 represent the 100%

so

Using a proportion

Find out what percentage represent the difference between the original value and the final value

\frac{2,500,000}{100\%}=\frac{2,500,00-1,700,000}{x}\\\\x=100(800,000)/2,500,000\\\\x=32\%

therefore

Dinda received a 32% loss percentage.

A police car accelerates quickly to 60 meters per second in order to pursue a minivan that is recklessly speeding along the high
o-na [289]
1. You have that:
-The police car accelerates 60 meters per second.
- The minivan has a speed of 45 meters per second and is 600 meters ahead of the police car at the beginning of the chase.
2. Therefore, you have:
V1xt=V2xt-600
V1 is the speed of the minivan and V2 is the speed of the police car
3. The time is:
t=-600/V1-V2
t=-600/(45-60)
t=40 seconds
