The main cause of obesity is overweight and deposition of the body fat.The main reason which leads to obesity is the imbalance of energy between the food we take and amount of physical work we do, and due to this extra or unused energy is stored in the form of fat when we do not practice exercise.

The factors that are responsible for obesity are lazy lifestyle and eating junk foods,as well as family history, and gender.

Obesity leads to serious disease such as diabetes and heart disease which is dangerous for life.

Therefore,this condition leads to obesity which is at a high risk.
