The connection is that not giving women the right to vote is the same as not being able to advance where you're trying to go in your boat. It's holding women at at a lower standard than men. Our world will not advance in its place if women are being withheld from voting procedure. Jus like how a boat can't advance without its oars. It will remain in one place or being taken backwards do to current.
