Base on the report, the highest priority is "this client is priority because new onset dyspnea could indicate worsening of the client's condition.

What is change of shift report?

Change-of-shift report is the time when responsibility and accountability for the care of a patient is transferred from one nurse to another.

If the nurse has just received change-of-shift report for four clients, based on this report, the nurse should assess the client with the more serious health challenge.

Thus, base on the report, the highest priority is "this client is priority because new onset dyspnea could indicate worsening of the client's condition.

How to build a bone??
timofeeve [1]
You can't really build a bone. However there is a way bones are created. Bones are made when an organism that has a skeleton is created. Bones are made of mostly collagen and calcium. Collagen is a connective tissue. Calcium is an element that makes up bones. If you wondering how to make a model bone there are several ways, the most common being using paper. However you can use clay or plastic as well. I hope I've answered your question.

You should use a combination of ice and heat the first 24 hours after the injury occurs. True or False??
Troyanec [42]

There is a problem with this thinking.

Ice works well by itself, for it cools down the area that it is in contact with (such as a first -degree burn).

Heat in high temperature is used to disinfect the wounds, and material used to treat the wound.

However, using the two together is quiet frankly not reasonable. The ice would melt in high temperatures, negating it's usefulness.
