When subordinates ask for their manager's assistance even when they are capable of completing a task, this is called Micromanagement.

In micromanagement, a micromanager often use most of their time to supervise the work of their direct reports and overstating the importance of small details to juniors. This time can be used to get other major works done. Although micromanagement is easily identified by others in an organization, the micromanager does not consider themselves to be so.

Micromanagement is a form of leadership that may generate outcomes in the short-term, but it damages the morale of both employee and company . Usually, micromanaging has a negative impact because an employee can feel that a micromanager is being scornful towards them, because of  lack of faith in the employee's competency.

Japan was isolated during the period of Tokugawa Shogunate ( from the mid 1500s to the mid 1800s ). The reasons why the Shoguns wanted to isolate country from the rest of the world are: foreign influences and the spread of Christianity.
The effects of the isolation:
- The influence of the foreigners was under the control.
- Christianity was forbidden.
- The growth of large centers into cities. The cities were easier to defend, but they relied on the rural communities.
- The wealth of country was increasing.

a lawnmower manufacturer has the following loss distribution for its annual products liability costs: loss probability 250,000 0
Bas_tet [7]

Answer: $12,000

Explanation:

The question makes no sense in one area. The loss probability for $0 cannot be 90% because the other two are collectively 20%. I shall therefore assume that the loss probability for $0 is 80% so that they add up to 100%.

Expected claim cost = ∑[loss probability * (Loss - Deductible)]

= 0.9 * 0 + [0.15 * (10,000 - 10,000)] + [0.05 * (250,000 - 10,000)]

= $12,000
