Benedick mentions oysters as they are food correlation to love.

What is oysters?

Oyster is the common name for several families of salt-water bivalve molluscs that live in marine or brackish environments. The valves of some species are highly calcified, and many are irregular in shape. The superfamily Ostreoidea includes many, but not all, oysters.

They are, however, extremely low in calories. Six medium-sized oysters (wild, raw, or steamed) have less than 50 calories per serving. That's a total of 50 calories, making them very heart-healthy. It's no surprise that people buy them by the dozen.

Oysters contain a lot of vitamin D, copper, zinc, and manganese. These micronutrients, in combination with calcium, are thought to be key to slowing or even preventing bone loss in older women due to osteoporosis.

The plot is simply what happens in the story and the order of the story's events, and the moral is the lesson that the writer wants the main character (and by extension, you) to learn from the story.
