Wilson think  that most important action Germany could take  is that they would want to protect their German autocracy.

Wilson focus on the destruction of the  German autocracy and that was why he  urged “the crushing of the Central Powers.

He was able to promise the  world that it  “would be made safe for democracy because of the  significant military role only during the last six months of the war, hence Wilson think  that most important action Germany could take  is that they would want to protect their German autocracy.

It should be noted that Autocracy  which is described as the  system of government  whereby the absolute power over a state  is been given to one person,  and the decisions of this person  are been subjected,  neither to external legal restraints and in some cases can be a regularized mechanisms of popular control.
