Yes, Leadership Can Be Learned. There are a number of aspects of leadership that require practice. It's not all built around inborn personality traits. Even the best leaders you can think of didn't have these skills honed from day one.

Leadership is the achievement of a goal through the course of human assistants. a man who successfully directs his human associates to achieve unique goals is a pacesetter. A first-class leader is one who can achieve this on a daily basis and year after 12 months in a wide variety of situations.

Leadership, both as a region of study and as a sensible talent, involves the ability of an individual, organization, or organization to "lead", influence, or manage different people, teams, or entire enterprises. The word "management" is often considered a controversial term.

It instills faith and trust in the various contributors of the organization. An example of leadership is a store manager who leads a team to make more sales. An example of leadership is the ability to direct the script and lead people.

According to the delegate theory of representation,
d1i1m1o1n [39]

Answer: option 'a' Is the correct option. ''officials should act according to the views of the electorate''.

Explanation:

See, before we start checking which option is right or not. Let us first know what the delegate theory of representation means;

The delegate theory of representation means that the electorates will vote in their candidates as delegates which acts according to whatever the electorates says they(delegates) should do.

Now let us look at the option 'e' which says that; 'opinion is only a barometer, to be used as the legislator sees fit'. This does not go with what is defined above that explains what the delegate theory of representation means.

This is the same with options 'd' ,' c' and 'b'. Only option 'a' goes with it. So, option 'a' is right.
