Jean is a seller in Vernon smith's classroom experiment of the market model. She knows her own willingness to sell.

Not every salesperson is made the same. While others struggle to meet their quota, some surpass expectations while maximizing cross-sells, up-sells, and repeat business. The distinction between a good and a lousy salesperson typically boils down to particular personality attributes.

A good salesperson and a lousy salesperson are ultimately distinguished by their conduct. For instance, a poor salesperson will frequently impose their agenda on the prospect rather than learn about their requirements and goals in order to successfully assist them in solving their difficulties.

You must be prepared to hear your potential client out before you can expect him to pay attention to what you have to say. Giving your prospect time to speak does not imply active listening to what they have to say.

Assume that the one component unit had program revenues of $47,600 and expenses of $64,000 and spent $10,900 for land during Yea
Marrrta [24]

Answer:

Explanation:

If the overall increase in net assets remains the same at $154,000 then the program revenues and expenses were not included in the final figures for the government-wide financial statements. These two items were presented individually but should have blended with the total amount.

If these two figures were combined with the overall increase in net assets, the new figure would surmount to $137,600. This causes a decrease of $16,400 in net assets.

Net Assets = 154,000 + 47,600 – 64,000 = $137,600

Decrease amount = 154,000 – 137,600 = $16,400

Does the free-market system bring efficiency as well as freedom? give at least one concrete example to support your position.
DochEvi [55]
Efficiency of handling the economic system is correct. The free market gave an organized structure of production. But freedom, in a free market is not. Historically, free market was not a result of freedom it started with slavery. Massive production needed expansion of foreign lands, so the people in that country was not free as well. They are under force labor. Free market was not free when some countries already gained ground before some had just started. There is no freedom in a monopoly set up, but you are given the chance and the risk in a free market.
