Citizens United is constituted as non-profit organization in USA, 1988 and it promotes free enterprise.

Founded in 1988, Citizens United is a conservative charitable group in the US. The group triumphed in the 2010 case Citizens United v. FEC before the U.S. Supreme Court, which declared the federal law that forbade unions and corporations from spending money on federal elections unconstitutional. David Bossie serves as the organization's president and chairman at the moment.

The stated goal of Citizens United is to "reassert the fundamental American principles of small government, liberty of enterprise, family values, and self-determination and security." This goal will be accomplished by a mix of education, lobbying, and lawn organization.
