  • Principle of periodization.

Because the individual has not exercised on a regular basis in about a year, the principle of progressive overload should be obeyed. This means that the individual should start slow and gain gradually.

Then to avoid any form of injury,the individual should stretch well at the beginning of your workout, and after the workouts.
