Initially, the mean, median and mode is calculated thus;

\begin{gathered} mean=\frac{3+6+2+1+2+3+0+4+5+1+5+4}{12} \\ =\frac{36}{12} \\ =3 \\ mode=1,2,3,5 \end{gathered}

To calculate the median, we need to re-arrange in ascending order. Hence;

\begin{gathered} 0,1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6. \\ median=\frac{(3+3)}{2} \\ =\frac{6}{2}=3 \end{gathered}

After adding 9;

The new data is;

0,1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,9

The new mean is;
