The client is at risk of being vitamin B12 deficient.

How does the body benefit from vitamin B12?

The production of DNA, the body's genetic code, is greatly aided by vitamin B12. DNA controls how each body part normally develops. The body's naturally occurring chemical homocysteine is also reduced by vitamin B12. If homocysteine is not properly digested, it can affect the body by generating inflammation and other negative effects.

Anemia is brought on by a decrease in red blood cell activity (RBCs). The primary clinical symptom of B12 deficiency is megaloblastic anemia, a type of anemia that frequently results in fatigue and tachycardia (rapid heart rate), as well as sporadically dizziness.

As a result, a nurse is providing care for a strict vegan client. The customer is susceptible to being B12-deficient.

I'm working on an essay about sameness from the giver and can somebody tell me my mistakes I made.
Pachacha [2.7K]

Answer: Disclaimer - this is just my opinion, you do not have to make all of these changes.

First paragraph:

One positive element of sameness is hair; same hair is a good thing because people won’t make fun of other people’s hair and there would be less bullying at school. Also, people won’t get sad for having bad hair and they wouldn’t have to waste their time fixing it. An additional reason for this is because people who make hair products will make a substantial amount of profit. In the giver it said, “I don’t like my hair” on page 40.

Second paragraph:

Another positive element of sameness is language---everybody speaking the same language is advantageous because people will understand each other better and it would be easier to converse with others. Also,

Third paragraph:

A negative element of sameness is everyone would have the same job. Everybody having the same job would be a bad thing because a lot of people might not like their job. Also, a reason why everybody having the same job is a bad thing is because everybody would be driving to their job at the same time and there would be a lot of traffic and most people

How did the age of exploration become a global turning point?
mr_godi [17]

Answer:

im not sure if this was the answer you were looking for but
It was a turning point because Europeans discovered land many never knew existed. This also effected the indigenous people of the discovered land. It made the western Nations the strongest ones in the world (not counting the Ming Dynasty). It also started the slight downfall of the Ottoman Empire because it couldn't colonize, and many nations that could get to the "New World" could colonize making their profit better than some who couldn't. Another reason is the new things they can trade now back to the other countries who couldn't colonize making them make the decision to either buy the goods or to colonize themselves so they can also get a piece of the new products. Lastly it also was when the slave trade began

Probably make this shorter but this is all of the reasons i can think of

A group of students was asked to play a racing game. Another group was asked to play a slow moving game that simulates every day
oksano4ka [1.4K]

Answer:

Priming

Explanation:

Priming is the response an individual has towards a stimulus according to their previous exposure to it. It is basically a prime or stimulus that will directly affect individuals in a psychological experiment. In this case, the second group was exposed to every day activities, which they have already been exposed to and probably conform their daily routines, thus they react the same way the do to them every day, as mere routine. This is why the first group is more active, as they have been exposed to stimuli that is different than their prime, whereas the second group has not experienced anything "out of the ordinary."
