The width and area of the screen are  48.04 inches and 5279.11 inches² respectively.

Here we use Pythagorean theorem

d² = l² +w²      -----1.

where

d = diagonal of the rectangle

l = length of the rectangle

w = width of the rectangle

d = 98inches (given)

l/w  = 16/9

l =( 16/9)w          ------2.

using these values in above equation we get

d² = l² +w²

(98)² = (16w/9)² + w²

9604 = 256 w²/81 + w²

9604 = 337 w²/81

777924 / 337 = w²

w² = 2308.379

w = 48.04inches

using value of w in equation 2 we get length

l =( 16/9)w

l =( 16/9) x 48.04

l = 109.89inches

area of screen (rectangle ) = l x w

= 109.89 x 48.04

= 5279.11 inches²

The width and area of the screen are  48.04 inches and 5279.11 inches² respectively.

Rewrite in the form . Then find q(x) and r(x).
gizmo_the_mogwai [7]

Answer:

q(x)= 2x+5

r(x)=6

b(x)=x+4

Step-by-step explanation:

I have found what is missing in your question: Rewrite 2x^2+13x+26/x+4 in the form q(x)+r(x)/b(x).

First, we have to divide the polynomial  by x+4 and remember that is x times 2x.

By multiplying this we are going to get 2x^{2} + 8x and now we are doing separation of it and getting 2x^{2}  + 13x + 26 and getting 2x^{2}  + 13x + 26/ x + 4 = 2x^{2} +8x/x+4=5x+26/x+4=2x + 5x+26/x+4

Because 5 is showing x times 5 we are going to multiply (x + 4) with 5 and that is 5x + 20.

5x+26/x+4 = 5x + 20/x+4 = 6/ x+4=5 + 6/x+4

Now when we can get more simplified we are having:

2x^{2} +13+26/x+4=2x + 5= 6/x+4

Convert 1/15 to a decimal. Enter the decimal using an ellipsis, and then enter the decimal using an overbar. Write the repeating
yawa3891 [41]

Answer:

The decimal form of \frac{1}{15} = 0.0666... = 0.0\overline{666}.

Step-by-step explanation:

We proceed to find the decimal form of \frac{1}{15}, whose description is found below:

1) Multiplying the numerator by 100 and dividing it by 15:

Partial result: 0.06, Remainder: 10

2) Multiplying the remainder by the 10 and dividing it by 15:

Partial result: 0.066, Remainder: 10

3) Multiplying the remainder by the 10 and dividing it by 15:

Partial result: 0.0666, Remainder: 10

Since the decimal number is a infinite and periodical, we conclude that decimal form of \frac{1}{15} = 0.0666... = 0.0\overline{666}.

Wilcorp has 50 employees who work 40 hours a week and earn $20/hour. Fifteen employees each worked 4 hours of overtime at 50% ab
Lina20 [59]
To find the total payroll multiply 40hrs x $20 and then multiply by the number of employees which comes out to $4000. Then multiply 4hrs x $40 x 15 employees. This comes out to $2400. Add these two numbers together to find the total payroll. The total payroll is then divided by the overtime pay coming out to 2.7%
