People with Marfan syndrome are generally tall and thin with unexpectedly long arms, legs, fingers and toes. The impairment caused by Marfan syndrome is mild or severe. If your aorta is with the massive vas that carries blood from your heart to the remaining of your body part is affected, the condition can become life-threatening.

Treatment usually includes medications to stay your vital sign low to cut back the twist on your aorta. Regular monitoring to test for damage development is important. Many patients with Marfan syndrome eventually require preventive surgery to repair the aorta.

'A tall, slender person with unusually long, slender limbs because of excess cartilage formation at the epiphyseal cartilages, these are caused due to marfan syndrome.

The most severe complications of Marfan syndrome (MFS) affect the heart and aorta, with an increased risk of mitral valve prolapse and aortic aneurysm. Other common organs affected by the condition include the lungs, eyes, bones, and the covering of the spinal cord. People with the condition are typically tall and thin, with long arms, legs, fingers, and toes.

MFS is an autosomal dominant disorder that is brought on by a mutation in the gene FBN1, which produces fibrillin, and leads to aberrant connective tissue.

How was the geography of Mesopotamia suited for the growth of population and creation of a civilization?
Brilliant_brown [7]
Mesopotamia was a very ideal place for creating a civilization.
It is in between two sources of water, the river Tigris and the river Euphrates. Running water is good for food (fish), drink, trade, protection, and travel.
The area was made up of hills and plains. There was plenty of fertile soil, which is good for growing food. This is very important because when the area is good enough that there is a surplus of food, not everybody has to be farmers just to survive. This is how artists, businessmen, merchants etc. flourish.
Finally, the climate was great for farming. There was a warmer season and a rainy season.

Tess has been extremely hyperactive for the last three days. She is talkative and has been getting by with only two hours of sle
hammer [34]

The correct answer is D. A maniac state

Explanation:

A maniac state or episode occurs in individuals with bipolar disorder and other types of mental disorders and involve periods of time of few days or even weeks in which the individual experiences increased optimism or euphoria which makes it more talkative, feeling more confident than normal, trying to do unusual activities or achieve irrational goals and sleeping less. This kind of episodes might represent a risk for the individual because in some cases they lead to irrational actions.

This is the type of episode or state Tess is experiencing because she is hyperactive and more talkative. But besides this, she plans to fly solo across the Pacific Ocean which is an irrational goal and she is sleeping less. All of these behaviors and features are part of a manic state, which also implies Tess might have a bipolar disorder.
