It  important to attach a measure of reliability to the inference made in part b because a measure of reliability is one that tells a person or main one to be certain that the conclusion that was drawn was correct. Without it, people will just guess.

Reliability is known to be a term that connote the way that a said or a given method measures a thing.

Note that when  the same outcome can be obtain always or every time by using the same methods and also under the same circumstances, the measurement is one that is known to be reliable.

A person can be able to measure the temperature of a solid sample a lot of times under the same conditions
