$51.22 is intrinsic value of this stock.

Intrinsic value of this stock

For computing the intrinsic value, first we have to determine the current year dividend and expected rate of return which is shown below:

The computation of the next year dividend is shown below:

= $3 + $3 × 3.8%

= $3 + 0.114

= $3.114

And, the expected rate of return would be

= Risk-free rate of return + Beta × (Market rate of return - Risk-free rate of return)

= 2.4% + 0.88 × (10.9% - 2.4%)

= 2.4% + 0.88 × 8.5%

= 2.4% + 7.48%

= 9.88%

Now the intrinsic value would be

= Next year dividend ÷ (Required rate of return - growth rate)

= $3.114 ÷ (9.88% - 3.8%)

= $3.114 ÷ 6.08%

= $51.22

When trust is an issue, a buyer and seller may join an affiliative selling relationship. By joining in on an affiliative selling relationship both parities are able to be judged if the wrong decision is made. Customers trust both parties and the parties typically are able to build trusting relationships because they wouldn't want to jeopardize their own.

VladimirAG [237]

Answer:

LIABILITY

Explanation:

Liabilities are money owed by an organization or company as a results of obligations rising during the course of business operations, financial debts incurred, purchase of asset and so on. It also refers to the situation of being legally responsible for the actions of something or someone. If an organization decides not to take measures—due care—to make sure that every employee knows what is acceptable and what is not, and the consequences of illegal or unethical actions, it increases his liability. This is because the organization is liable and legally answerable to the actions of its employees.

mixer [17]

Answer:

I took advice from Saving and Budgeting and implemented the 50-20-30 rule.

Explanation:

The rule is as follows:

 • Spend 50% of your income on the necessities, such as paying for rent, food, mortgage etc

 • Using 20% of your income to either pay of debt or if you have no debt, deposit it in a savings account

 • Use the remaining 30% for 'discretionary' pending inducing socializing, a travelling or some hobbies.

I personally did not have any debt so I was able to save a lot of money by putting away 20% of my income. Of course, this meant, I had little left for luxuries, but the rule forced me to live a more disciplined life.

Shares issued at a premium are sold for more than their par values. The par value of a stock is the stated nominal value as against the market price. Usually, if a stock is doing well in the market, the market price is more than the par value.
