It is the early sign of the movement discover such as Parkinson's or Parkinsonism, which caused by reduction in level of dopamine in the brain then first noticed by family and friends. It is the most prominent signs and symptoms of Parkinson's disease occur when nerve cells in the basal ganglia of the brain that controllers movement became impaired or it can be die.

The brain cells that make dopamine slowly die without dopamine the cells that control movement can't send proper message to the muscles.This make hard to control muscles.This makes the impulse from the basal ganglia to became weaker.
