The mechanism by which widespread patterns of police misconduct are addressed is known as a <u>pattern-or-practice decree</u>.

Police personnel that act improperly or illegally are said to be engaging in police misconduct. Discrimination and even obstruction of justice are two examples of police misconduct. People who own mobile devices that can record video and sound has significantly increased in recent years.

Due to the similarities in how both involve breaking the laws and regulations of the police department, police misconduct is sometimes known as "police corruption." As a result, more instances of police misbehavior are being documented on camera and shared on social media platforms, raising public awareness of problems that might have existed long before mobile devices were available to record them.

It is often helpful to discuss the situation with your supervisor when facing an ethical dilemma because ethical decisions will
Furkat [3]

Answer: True

An ethical dilemma is a question that involves choosing between different moral principles, neither one of which is objectively better. Often, picking one of the options means you are transgressing the other one.

Because it is a difficult situation with no objectively better answer, the help of a person with more experience, in this case your superior, can sometimes be useful. Moreover, there are often regulations at work that help employees navigate these type of situations in a successful way. Finally, ethical dilemmas are particularly difficult to resolve and deal with, and asking for help will always help assert the validity of your claim.

Julli [10]
A Human Rights means to me is that we have rights to do stuff. The bill of rights comes to mind in the first bill it says we have the right of freedom of press, freedom of speech, and of religion, and the government can't take that away. If you look up the term Human rights in the dictionary it says "a right that is believed to belong justifiably to every person.<span>" so it mean it's something that belongs to you.</span>
