How did many texans financially support those involved in world war 1
forsale [732]

Answer

Texans support those involved in world war 1 financially through;

• Donating funds that helped to rehabilitate kids that fought as soldiers in war

• Providing funds that were used for emergency aid such as food and shelter

• Donating to organizations such as Red Cross

Explanation

There are many charities that move around the world in countries affected by war events to help those affected by the war to get back to their day to day lives. These organizations ask for donations from well wishers to help in purchase of the basic items required by victims such as food and shelter. Most individuals are advised to take part in such donations that attempt to save a life of another person. Some organizations in Texas currently attempt to bring together warring groups to identify alternative methods of dealing with conflicts.

Hope this helps!

Evaluate the extent to which the seven years' war (french and indian war, 1754–1763) marked a turning point in american relation
Finger [1]

The Seven Years’ War was a global conflict between 1756 and 1763. It involved almost every major power and affected five continents. Therefore, sometimes it is referred as the first “World War”.

In the US, the Seven Years’ War is commonly known as the French and Indian War, as the beginnings of the war can be traced to 1754 in America, with conflicts between British, French and Indigenous people. In this war, the colonies of New France, for the most part in alliance with Native tribes, fought against those of British North America.

The main consequence of this war for Great Britain was the gain of French territory, along with enormous financial loses. These loses meant that the Crown needed more avenues for revenue, as Britain’s national debt was almost doubled. More taxes were imposed on colonial subjects in the American colonies, which caused ample discontent. These acts contributed to an increased tension in American-British relations and ultimately to the start of the American Revolutionary War.
