Wallace had been one of the few people who had gone against the Cold War policies. He believes that the War will only make things worse for the economy of their country. He had described it as “death and taxes as profits for the many”
Most people thought that serving in the government was the only most honorable way to serve the country is a valid characteristic of politics and government in the period following the Civil War. = C)

The Civil War started because Abraham Lincoln was against slavery even though he had slaves and plus it also happened because of him signing the Ammendment of being against slavery even though he still had slaves.
