Assignment: Business Process Modeling Consider the following scenario: Best Buy Repair Service: Customers purchasing appliances

can purchase a three-year service contract that provides free repair service and parts. When a customer needs appliance repair service they call Best Buy for an appointment that may take up to two weeks. The repairman arrives and diagnoses the problem. If the repair requires a new part, the repairman will replace it if he is carrying it on his truck. If he doesn’t have the part on hand, he must order it. If the part is not in stock at Best Buy, it is ordered and sent to the customer. After the part arrives, the customer must make another appointment to have the repair technician replace the part. It may take two weeks to schedule the first repair visit, another two weeks to order and receive the part, and another week to schedule a second repair visit after the part has been received.

7. Create and record a PowerPoint presentation of your work.
Using your answers to questions 1 through 6 above, create and record a narrated PowerPoint presentation with video. The recording should be no more than 10 minutes and each person in your group must present some portion of the presentation. The recorded presentation will count towards your class participation grade. EVERYONE IN THE GROUP MUST PRESENT SOME PORTION OF THE ASSIGNMENT WITH AUDIO AND VIDEO ENABLED.
