Yes. I think it was a good idea because when people hoarded other people in need were unable to get what they needed. The hoarders took all the stuff. Even though the hoarders paid for it others need it as well especially if there is short supply.

hope this helped :)

Do equal rights have equal justice under the law?
Simora [160]

Answer:

Yes

Explanation:

(Assume everything below happened under the same circumstances- for example, the convicted man and woman had no criminal record prior to the event, both majored in the same fields and applied to the same job, etc.)

Equal rights, equal justice. Simple.

If equal justice wasn't included, then it wouldn't be equal- for example, if a white man and a black woman were charged for the same crime and the black woman was given a harsher punishment, that wouldn't be equality- even if they were both paid the same in the workplace.

The correct answer is - Russia.

The Bulgarians tried to gain independence from the Ottoman Empire, and a key component in that was the Bulgarian National Revival, and in 1876 the Bulgarians had an uprising in the month of April, but the Ottomans were too strong so it was unsuccessful. This triggered Russia to intervene, since it had a big interest in the Balkans, so that prompted another war between the Russians and the Ottomans, with the Russians winning and Bulgaria managing to get its independence in 1878.
