3 0

according to the graph y is 0 when x is -3

x is numbered by 2 so each line in the middle is the number between,

you can also find that if you have the equation, you simply just plug in -3 for x.

hope that helped! :)

Between which is a function?
professor190 [17]

Answer:

B.

Step-by-step explanation:

A function must pass the Vertical Line Test. Each x-value must have its own y-value, meaning no one x-value can have 2 y-values.

Therefore, only B is a function.

Marta is making two different charms for necklace one charm has a 1 cm diameter and a 3.14 cm circumference of a similar charm h
EastWind [94]
From what I can pick up from your problem statement, you want to know "<span>a similar charm has a diameter of 4 cm what is the circumference."  Please, would you use proper punctuation in your writing, for greater clarity:

"A</span><span> similar charm has a diameter of 4 cm.  What is the circumference?"

The formula for the circumference of a circle, when the diameter is known, is

C=</span>\pid               or  C=pi*d

In this case, with diamter 4 cm, the circumference, C, is 4pi cm.

In which region of its domain is.the function y=x^2-4 decreasing
WITCHER [35]

Answer:

{b}^{2} - 4ac = 0 - 4 \times 1 \times ( - 4) = 16

\sqrt{16} = 4

\frac{ - b}{2a} = \frac{0}{2} = 0

\frac{ - 4}{4} = - 1

it is decreasing from negative infinity to 0

Explain why the sum of two rational numbers is always rational. To earn full credit, you must provide an expression or example A
scoundrel [369]
So, adding two rationals is the same as adding two such fractions, which will result in another fraction of this same form since integers are closed under addition and multiplication. Thus, adding two rational numbers produces another rational number.

a/b and c/d are rational numbers with a,b,c,d intergers

so with the same denominators ( equaling a+c over b) or different ones (equaling ab+cb over bd) they end up with the answers of

same denominator= b is not equal to 0
different denominators= d is not equal to 0

this may not make sense but i'm pretty sure i understood you right
