You also have the right to talk to the inspector privately. You also have the right to find out about inspection results and abatement measures, and get involved in any meetings or hearings related to the inspection. Option b is correct.

Further explanation:

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is a part of the U.S. Department of Labor set up to improve worker health and safety. When OSHA conducts an inspection in the workplace, the worker has the following rights:

• To have a worker representative go along with the inspector while the inspection is being done.

• The worker has the right to have a conversation with the inspector privately. He may tell him about the hazards, illnesses, describe injuries, or any concerns they have about a health or safety issue.

• The worker has the right to know about the results of the inspection and reduction measures, and he can attend any meetings that are related to the inspection.

• The workers have the right to reject the date set for correcting the violation and be cautioned in case the employer files a contest.

Therefore, option b is correct.
