Answer:

Suppose we have a line  Say A at one side and B on the other side

                    A--------B

The car is stopping at an intersection wit stop Bars that means the car is crossing A if coming from left and crossing B if coming from right

That follows when front bumper crosses the line

Option A and B is discarded because Wheels are behind bumper so, if bumper crosses then the wheels will cross.

Therefore, Option C is correct.

Difference between rest and motion<br>
Ivan

Explanation:

A body is said to be at rest if doesn't change it's position with respect to its surroundings while a body is said to be in motion if it continuously changes it's position with respect to its surroundings.

Motion : If an object change its position with respect to time and surroundings, it is said to be in motion .

For example: If we stand on a road and observe a moving car , we will findo that it's position is continuously changing with respect to us and different time intervals . So the car is in motion

Rest: We can say that a body is at rest , if it does not change its position with respect to time and it's surroundings .

For example: a standing tree remain fixed in its place if you see it at different times intervals . So , it is said to be in the state of rest.

Rest and motion are relative terms : when we say that a body is at rest , first we consider that the earth is at rest . But, actually the earth itself is constantly rotating on it's own axis . So ,everything on the earth is also in motion.

A ball is projected at an initial speed of 20.0 meter per second making an angle of 45.0 with horizontal. What is the maximum he
Andrew [12]

Answer:

10.2 metres

Explanation:

Given that a ball is projected at an initial speed of 20.0 meter per second making an angle of 45.0 with horizontal. What is the maximum height it will reach?

Solution

To get the maximum height, let us use the formula

V^2 = U^2 sin^2ø - 2gH

At maximum height V = 0

U^2 sin^2ø = 2gH

Substitute all the parameters into the formula

20^2 ( sin 45 )^2 = 2 × 9.8 × H

400 × 0.5 = 19.6 H

Make H the subject of formula

H = 200 / 19.6

H = 10.204 metres.

Therefore, the maximum height reached by the projected ball is 10.2 metres.

Which waves in the electromagnetic spectrum are considered high energy waves?. . A.radio waves and microwaves. B.X–rays and gam
Sergeu [11.5K]
The answer is B. X-rays and gamma rays. The electromagnetic spectrum consists of all types of electromagnetic radiation. The EM spectrum is arranged from the longest wavelength with the lowest frequency and lowest energy which are the radio waves and microwaves to the shortest wavelength with the highest frequency and highest energy which are the x-rays and gamma rays. Visible light that can be seen by a humans is a small portion in between the ultraviolet and infrared rays.
