For this question, you should know that 2 2/4 is equal to 10/4.
So we know that 10/4 is 10 times 1/4.
If Julie has 1/4-cup measuring cup, then she should use her cup 10 times to get 2 2/4 cups of raisins.

180 degrees because 180 degrees means a straight line and it’s not close to 90, a right angle. It seems like a closer angle to a straight line.
